The Ultimate Post-Workout Shake

1.5 Scoops of vanilla whey protein (Giant Sports if possible)
8oz of chocolate milk (low-fat)
1 banana (organic if possible)
1 tbsp of peanut butter (natural if possible)
3 ice cubes


Mix all ingredients in blender, blend for 2 minutes and enjoy.
