The Ultimate Pre-Workout Shake

1 scoop of vanilla whey protein (Giant Sports if possible)
1/4 cup of fresh or frozen blueberries (organic if possible)
1/2 banana (organic if possible)
3 tbsp of plain greek yogurt
3oz of apple juice
3oz of chilled water  
3 ice cubes


Mix all ingredients in blender, blend for two minutes and enjoy.
